Gained this week and I can't say it was unexpected. This has been a bad couple of weeks when it comes to self control. Beer was my downfall mostly, but there were also some poor meal choices in there as well.

One good thing is that I'm not taking my diabetic pills any longer and my blood glucose levels are stable, so YAY FOR ME!! I'm still testing my blood two to three times per day and probably will for a while to make sure the no meds plan isn't going to send me into a glucose spike. Diet & exercise seem to be moderating my blood quite well, so I'm happy about that.

Anyway, I hope everyone else is having a great week.
