Diario de thamy, 11 may. 18

I know I haven't been recording my food and exercise these last few days, I been too focused my mother's medical issues. She had to be transferred to another hospital ICU and there have a tracheotomy done, yesterday was the 1st day in a week she was awake and alert. Although the scale says my weight is the same my coworkers are commenting that it looks like I am losing weight. TFGI.
