Today was pretty tame. I spent most of it doing laundry and homework. Woot Woot!
Today's Goal: Go for a walk... totally did not do that :(
Tomorrow's Goal: Walk to the mall and buy a scale.
Food: Breakfast: Scrambled egg with spinach and mushroom, served on whole wheat toast with tomato and avocado. Berries and coffee Lunch: Whole wheat wrap with turkey, provolone, spinach, pesto, mushroom. Snap peas and cherry tomatoes on the side. Dinner: Snack:
