it was our 10yr anniversary yesterday, so i allowed myself to eat what i wanted and not worry :) heck, ten years...i think i earned it ;) we also went for a brisk walk in the evening and we did take the kids to to the pool in the afternoon so i think i didn't hurt myself that much anyhow. of course we are off to an engagement party tomorrow...this summer has been harsh for outings for us. All this great food and drink, and its always finding its way down my throat :) *sigh thats ok tho, my body has found its groove i think, so even if i were to go up a pound or so, i know it will come back off!
